Abstract
This article reports on a telephone survey of 147 consumers, aged 27–96, conducted to determine the effectiveness of low vision services in helping them reach their goals. The survey found that the vast majority of the respondents continued to use their devices every day for months after low vision services were completed and that three-fourths reported that the services had a positive impact on their everyday functioning. Keywords
