Abstract
Two different one-dimensional local potentials, V1 and V2, can have identical reflection coefficients r1(k)=r2(k) and identical transmission coefficients t1(k)=t2(k), as shown recently by Abraham, DeFacio, and Moses (ADM effect). We raise two questions concerning their example at k=0. We demonstrate a third potential V3 such that r3=r2=r1 and t3=t2=t1. We further demonstrate two other potentials, V4 and V5, which exhibit the ADM effect and for which the above two questions do not arise.
