Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging of a diffusely infiltrating gastric carcinoma showed a markedly thickened gastric wall with low signal intensity on T1 and T2 weighted images. The T2 relaxation of the thickened gastric wall was very short, which was consistent with the histologically proven fibrous nature of the lesion. Keywords
