Abstract
Mitzi J. Ritzman, speech-language pathologist and associate professor in the Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), received the 2017 Outstanding Faculty Service Learning Award. The award recognizes a faculty member who has experience with a service-learning course, who has been supportive of service learning, and who has a thorough understanding and appreciation of community agency issues.Keywords
