Abstract
Platelet factor 4 (antiheparin factor) is rapidly destroyed by plasmin. This phenomenon occurs as well in platelet suspensions as in their extracts. Platelet factor 4 is more sensitive to the plasmin action than platelet factor 1. Platelet factor 3 is resistant to the plasmin action. Platelet inhibitor of the clearing reaction is partially inactivated by plasmin. Keywords
