Abstract
Reiter''s syndrome and ankylosing spondylitis are rare in the Black patient. This is due to the virtual absence of the HLA B27 antigen in the Black population. This case report describes Reiter''s syndrome in a Black patient who had an HLA typing positive for the B27 antigen. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
