Abstract
A case of congenital dextrocardia with situs inversus associated with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and hiatus hernia is presented; this is the first such case to be reported. The literature relating to the incidence of congenital dextrocardia is reviewed, and the anomaly has been found to occur in approx. 0.01% of the population. Keywords
