Abstract
A case of perforated peptic ulcer in a patient with cervical myelopathy due to osteophyte cervical canal stenosis complicated by the sudden onset of abdominal pain is described. Diagnostic laparoscopy revealed a perforated peptic ulcer in the anterior wall of the duodenal cap. Laparoscopic treatment was suitable for this condition. Keywords
