Abstract
Normal rats respond to the intraperit injn. of renin with an intense, transient proteinuria. ACTH admn. results in a 60-65% increase in proteinuria in the hr. following renin admn., over and above that shown by non-ACTH treated controls. The normal, spontaneous proteinuria of the male rat is significantly increased by ACTH admn. Keywords
