Abstract
Fifty couples were studied by use of pre and post‐measurements to determine if vasectomy surgery has any significant effects on marital stability, communication and sexual satisfaction. Results indicate vasectomy correlates with improved marital stability. Additional social, economic and demographic data are presented to further describe the subject population. Keywords
