A high-frequency temperature-stable monolithic VCO

Abstract

A voltage-controlled oscillator circuit with a 60 ppm/°C frequency drift with temperature at center frequencies from dc to 20MHz, fabricated with a 1.3GHz bipolar IC Process, will be reported.
