Abstract
Conclusion Patients with Cushing's disease have in their blood an excess amount of a substance which resembles adrenal cortical hormone in its ability to prolong the life of the adrenalectomized rat. Furthermore, this substance is excreted in significant amounts by the kidneys.Keywords
