Abstract
Weight or water loss, water vapor conductance and temperature of eggs of the glaucous-winged gull [Larus glaucescens] and the black-legged kittiwake [Rissa tridactyla] were measured during incubation, as well as the ambient humidity in Alaska, USA. Nest humidity and the ventilation required to remove the water vapor from the nest were calculated. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
