Ratio of ψ(2S) to $/ψHadronic Decay Rates and ρπPuzzle

Abstract

We use experimental data to estimate the ratio of \psi(2S) to J/\psi hadronic decay rates which are free from ambiguities in the naive prediction of perturbative QCD. We describe two different approaches to this estimate and compare the results obtained by them as well as with the theoretical expectation.
