Abstract
Fundamental cancer research does not necessarily involve study of cancer tissue. Cancer is one phase of a growth problem. Studies of the chemical factors concerned in normal developmental growth are therefore pertinent foundation studies of cancer. The naturally occurring chemical components of tissue of general distribution are demonstrated to be individual determinants of some phase of growth expression. Keywords
