Abstract
Therapy of infantile adnexal hemangiomas isacontroversal topic. Surgery, radiotherapy, cryotherapy, local and general medical therapy has been considered during the last 20 years. The results and the advantages of intralesional corticosteroid injections as primary treatment of infantile orbital and periorbital hemangiomas in a group of 15 patients (treated during the last three years) are reported. Keywords
