Abstract
A simple method for obtaining high-yield single cell suspensions from mouse urothelium is reported. The yield of cells per bladder is about 5 × 105, or more than twice that of previously published methods. The method gives a satisfactory coefficient of variation and regularly low levels of debris when used for flow cytometry. Keywords
