Abstract
One hundred adult patients with tricyclic antidepressant poisoning were studied by clinical observation and EKG monitoring. Sinus tachycardia was common but dysrhythmias were uncommon and unimportant. EKG monitoring did not influence the treatment of these patients and the value of its routine use in tricyclic antidepressant poisoning is questioned. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
