Abstract
We report a 25-year-old male patient with primitive neuroectodermal tumor presenting as a subcutaneous tumor on the right buttock, which was initially diagnosed as neuroendocrine carcinoma of the skin. Subsequently, local recurrence and metastatic spread to the lung occurred. The tumor was resistant to highly aggressive chemotherapy. The patient died 6 months later with severe pulmonary and lymph node involvement. Keywords
