Abstract
Oligonucleotide mapping studies of the RNA from standard and defective interfering particles of Sindbis virus demonstrate that 3'- and 5'-terminal regions of the genome are conserved in the defective RNAs. These studies also suggest that defective RNAs contain multiple deletions. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
