Abstract
Marmo-sets are capable of forming discrimination learning sets, but their performance is greatly inferior to that of the rhesus monkey, although similar in the qualitative aspects of performance. It is concluded that "tests of inter-problem transfer provide discriminative indices of phyologenetic status, and that marmoset behavior can be meaningfully assessed in psychoneurological studies with the same procedures that have been developed for higher members of the primate order.".Keywords
