Abstract
The antiviral acycloguanosine [acyclovir] was compared with adenine arabinoside in the topical treatment of [human] herpes simplex corneal ulcers. It was at least as good in terms of rate of healing and resolution of symptoms, with ulcers healing in an average of 4.2 days on acyclovir treatment compared with 6.3 days after adenine arabinoside. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
