Paraelectric Behavior of PbTe

Abstract
Capacitance-voltage measurements on graded junction diodes of PbTe which suggest that the static dielectric constant obeys a Curie-law temperature dependence with °K are reported. Evidence for nonlinear dependence of dielectric polarization on electric field is also given.
