Evaluation of Some Transport Integrals

Abstract
The transport integrals 0x2n(x2+a2)−1ex(ex±1)−2 dx for Fermi‐Dirac (+) and Bose‐Einstein (−) statistics are expressed simply in terms of tabulated functions. Some examples from the theory of lattice thermal conductivity and electron‐electron collisions in metals are discussed. The related integrals 0 x2n+1(x2+a2)−1(ex±1)−1 dx are also evaluated.
