Abstract
We report on a patient with an embryonal teratocarcinoma of the testicle who had the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone after receiving a high dose of vinblastine. His clinical course and laboratory studies are discussed. We suggest that patients receiving a high dose of vinblastine are at risk for the development of this syndrome. Keywords
