Abstract
We suggest that and are a bound state and resonance, respectively, of the system, with decay of predominantly into three mesons. Conventional hadronic couplings may then be adopted, with the small width an automatic consequence of the bound-state nature and the small values of these decays. Branching ratios of and are calculated and crucial tests of the model pointed out.
