Abstract
We study two arbitrarily separated SU(2) Yang-Mills-Higgs monopoles in the Atiyah-Drinfeld-Hitchin-Manin-Nahm (ADHMN) construction. In particular, we obtain an exact analytical expression for the Higgs field on the axis connecting its two zeros which are defined to be the locations of the monopoles. From this expression we compute the zeros of the Higgs field for small and large separations. Keywords
