Abstract
Every science mast have its own method of investigation built on a sound foundation that is empirical, justifiable and verifiable. Software metrics, too, can benefit from this principle. A complex aggregate of tools, ideas, methodologies, programming languages, and varieties of applications go into the development, design, manufacture and maintenance of sofcware. The combinations impose another level of complexity on software. Keywords
