Abstract
Multiperipheral-like integral equations are derived from inclusive sum rules by making direct approximations on inclusive cross sections. As a result, the physical basis of multiperipheral dynamics is clarified. Furthermore, the Regge behavior for exclusive processes and the scaling property of inclusive cross sections can be considered as consequences of our dynamical approximations. Keywords
