Abstract
The production of bremsstrahlung by the interaction of polarized electrons with the Coulomb field of a nucleus is considered. An exact calculation of the angular distribution of the outgoing photons, and the azimuthal asymmetry in this distribution is presented. Numerical calculations were done for an incident electron energy , a photon energy (), and a nuclear charge .
