Abstract
Competency based education is a systematic and effective approach to diet education. Of the 48 clients en rolled in this program, 20 completed the full course through the second month followup session. Although there was no significant change in fast ing blood glucose (p > .05), there was a significant weight change (p < .001).Keywords
