Abstract
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test was developed to detect antibodies to L. pneumophila serogroup 1. There is good correlation between indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) and ELISA titers but ELISA is more sensitive.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
