Über das Vorkommen von Nicotinsäure in der Rinderleber

Abstract
Nicotinic acid (NA) was identified analytically in the extracts of beef liver. It is not probable that this acid was formed from NA-amide during the prep., since the amide is very stable. No trigonellin was found in the liver, hence Na is not produced from it in the body.
