Abstract
During the yr 1974-1980 Pseudomonas was cultured from the blood of 69 patients. The records of these patients were reviewed with the intention of identifying those at risk and suggesting a rational approach to the management and prevention of Pseudomonas infections. The importance of differentiating Pseudomonas septicemia from transient bacteremia or contaminated blood cultures is stressed. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
