Abstract
Abstract— The initial radical produced on UV irradiation of the photoallergen bis(2‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dichlorophenyl) sulphide (bithionol) in aqueous solution (pH 8) has been characterised involving chlorine isotope interaction (35Cl 0.059, 37Cl 0.049 mT) in the interpretation of the ESR spectrum. This is the first time that this effect has been observed in solution in these systems. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
