Abstract
The NBS 10.7-m vacuum spectrograph was used in the second order to obtain precision measurements of three N i lines at 1492–1495 Å (2p3 2∘–2p23s2P) and four at 1742–1745 Å (2p3 2P∘–2p2 3s2P). By combining these values with other available information on the energy levels of the neutral nitrogen atom, seventy-eight calculated wavelengths of N i from 908 Å to 1745 Å are given with uncertainties of 0.001 Å or less. Keywords
