Abstract
Seven cases of infiltrating angiolipomata of voluntary muscle are presented, varying in site but recognizable at operation by needing sharp dissection rather than enucleation to free them. It is suggested that this be follwed by radiotherapy to stop recurrence from microscopic infiltration.Keywords
