Toxicological Findings after Fatal Fenfluramine Self-poisoning

Abstract
A fatal case involving the suicidal ingestion of fenfluramine is presented. The drug was quantified using gas chromatography. The blood concentration of fenfluramine was 7.46 mg 1-1. Chronic use of fenfluramine was clearly demontrated by the presence of drug in hair at 14.1 ng mg-1.Keywords
