Electron excitation rates for helium

Electron excitation cross-sections between $${1}^{1}s,\,{2}^{3}s,\,{2}^{1}s,\,{2}^{3}p\,\text{and}\,{2}^{1}p$$ states of helium have been calculated recently using the R-matrix method. These cross-sections have been integrated over a Maxwellian distribution to give electron excitation rates.
