Abstract
Electron-impact-ionization cross sections have been computed for Ar II, K III, Sc V, and Fe X in a distorted-wave Born exchange approximation. For Ar II, the theoretical results are in good agreement with available experimental data. An analytic fit to the data is provided. Keywords
