Abstract

Peroral cannulation and injection of the ampulla of Vater under fluoroscopic control have been shown to be technically feasible. In 1 patient this well tolerated procedure was successfully performed on 2 separate occasions, resulting in opacification of the biliary and pancreatic ducts with clinically significant findings.
