Abstract
A calculation is made for a cell model in which an estimate of the extent of angular effects on an interferogram is made. The dependence of the irradiance distribution in the interferogram is made. The dependence of the irradiance distribution in the interferogram is determined as a function of distance between a model cell and electrode boundary and an estimation of the attainable sensitivity is made. Coherent illumination is assumed. Keywords
