Abstract
Precautions are described that are necessary in the practical arrangement of the equipment, in order to achieve the high theoretical accuracy that is possible in the system of truly random binary number generation described in a previous paper. Some further relevant theoretical results are also given, particularly with reference to dead-time effects. Keywords
