Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging has been reported to have advantages over conventional angiography in the diagnosis of dural sinus thrombosis. A case report is presented describing the application of MR techniques including MR angiography, to diagnose and monitor therapy for dural sinus thrombosis.Keywords
