Abstract
Cross-coupling reaction of N-t-Boc-4-iodo-L-phenylalanine with t-BuSH proceeded efficiently in the presence of Pd2dba3.CHCl3/DPPF as the catalyst system. However, Pd2dba3.CHCl3/DPPB was found to be more effective for coupling with t-BuSNa.Keywords
