Abstract
For original paper see Nicolaides and Aspromallis, ibid., vol.19, p.L297 (1986). The authors discuss the recent theoretical results of Nicolaides and Aspromallis, which are in qualitative agreement with their experimental values and their interpretations of the threshold effect. From Nicolaides' and Aspromallis' limited presentation Mannervik and Cederquist feel it is still not possible to come to a general conclusion about the threshold effect observed in their previous work. Keywords
