Abstract
The exact finite-range, distorted-wave Born approximation was used to compute cross sections at MeV. The transition form factor was tied to measured electron- scattering and the calculated cross sections were insensitive to uncertainties in the distorting potentials. The calculated angular distributions do not reproduce the data.
