Abstract
A group of rats fed a diet high in fat and cholesterol was exposed to a specially designed cage inducing a particular form of stress. Such rats at the end of 10 months exhibited a greater degree of hypercholesteremia and hyperlipemia than the control animals. In addition, considerably more coronary atherosclerosis was observed in the experimental than in the control group. Keywords
