Abstract
This is the report of a case of vertebral sarcoidosis causing collapse of cervical vertebrae with resulting tetraplegia. The patient was successfully treated by decompression and subsequent anterior removal of the invaded three vertebral bodies, followed by an autologous bone graft.Keywords
