Abstract
A 29-year-old woman with no history of paranoia or homicidal behavior developed paranoia, homicidal behavior, and seizures after abusing a preparation containing phenylpropanolamine. The paranoia and seizures were replicated in a controlled inpatient setting following phenylpropanolamine challenge.Keywords
